Youmate Convenes Its First Corporate Culture Seminar of the New Year

Spring ushers in a new journey, bringing a prime time for forging ahead. To clarify the development direction for the new year, consolidate core strengths and lay a solid foundation for corporate culture development, youmate successfully held its first company-wide meeting of the year on February 24. Centered on the theme of “Unite as One, Build Corporate Culture Together”, the meeting focused on in-depth cultivation of corporate culture and improvement of team cohesion. All core management staff attended the event to plan for future development and strengthen cultural consensus hand in hand.


To further advance corporate culture construction, unify the ideological understanding of all employees, strengthen team collaboration and sense of responsibility, and drive high-quality corporate development, youmate launched a special corporate culture seminar. Rooted in the core corporate values of Diligence, Openness, Courage and Responsibility, the seminar was attended by company management, department heads and key employees. Participants conducted in-depth interpretations and practical discussions on the eight-character core values, unified cultural cognition and clarified practical work directions.


During the meeting, General Manager Dai systematically interpreted the company’s corporate culture. He emphasized that diligence is not merely a work attitude, but also a unified working standard and systematic norm, serving as the core guideline for customer service, quality control, professional refinement and cross-departmental collaboration.


He stressed that teams must gain in-depth insight into customer needs and deliver reliable solutions to live up to every trust placed in us. In terms of product quality, every detail must be polished with rigorous dedication to deliver products that stand the test of time and market scrutiny. In terms of professionalism, all staff should maintain continuous learning and in-depth industry exploration to create value through professional capabilities. In terms of collaboration, teams must abide by standardized processes, honor commitments, ensure smooth internal communication and efficient cross-departmental coordination, so as to accelerate the iteration of new products and effectively mitigate market risks.


Combining the functions of each department, the meeting clarified personalized and scenario-based implementation requirements for the "diligence" culture across all positions:


Marketing DepartmentAs industry insight explorers and brand builders, the team adheres to data-driven strategies and field research, delivers authentic product value, rejects exaggerated promotion, strictly complies with industry norms, and effectively communicates the brand’s strengths in technology, environmental protection and craftsmanship.
Sales DepartmentAs value transmitters and relationship builders, the team resists impetuous profit-seeking and excessive commitment. We accurately match customer needs with tailored solutions, provide full-cycle after-sales services and standardized customer file management, and turn one-time cooperation into long-term trust.
Technology and R&D DepartmentThe team strictly abides by industry standards and respects experimental data, devotes itself to formula optimization and product testing, and conducts long-term weather resistance tests. We focus on the environmental performance and full-life-cycle quality of materials, and continuously enhance product competitiveness through iterative upgrades.
Production DepartmentAs quality creators and commitment implementers, the team strictly implements process specifications, strengthens full-process control over raw materials, production procedures and finished products, and builds a traceable quality management system. We adopt stricter internal standards than industry benchmarks to ensure stable and superior product quality.

The meeting pointed out that efficient collaboration is a top priority for the company’s current development. High-efficiency linkage across departments, working links and positions directly determines operational efficiency and the landing speed of new products.
